Theodore Shuheng Kwan

Theodore is a Construction Specialist. He is the best friend of Arrow and Rune's fiancée. He was a student of the Laguna University for Specialists and Fairies. He is a Potion-maker in Altius Hospital for Special Maladies and Injuries. He is a member in the Specialists & Fairies Parliament, representing Hopsital Association.

1. Appearance

Theodore has a medium skin tone and gray eyes. He has sandy brown short hair. He is described as very handsome. He has signature oriental eyes.

2. Personality

Apparently, Theodore is outgoing and friendly. He has a lot of friends and very popular. But he is so lost and insecure deep inside. He wants to find himself and learn more about his power. However, his power is always denied by the others. His parents and relatives force him to hide that.

After being rescued by Rune, Theodore starts to use his power and learns more about his ancestors’ history. After he finds out who he is and why he has the power, he is also very determined after he finds what he wants to do.

Theodore is very clever. He is a strategist. He is good at making a plan when facing enemies.

3. Ability

Theodore has Construction power, which can construct materials in a certain distance. He usually uses an iPad to do the layout and description first, then he uses a map to decide where to put the materials. He has a lot of prepared layouts stored in the iPad.

He is a Distant-blooded whose power is equal to a Pure-blooded. Compared with his power, his brain and strategies are more valuable when facing enemies. He can think of a plan to defeat the enemy quickly. He is also talented in noticing enemies’ weaknesses. After he learns Mind power, he is very strong in producing illusion and mind reading. He is also gifted in potion making. He earns the Potions-maker Certificate before he graduates.

4. Series

Childhood

Theodore was born in a British immigrant family. Theodore's power was shown in primary school, when he constructed a toy that his parents refused to buy for him. His parents spent their whole life tried to get into UK so they hated to be special. Therefore, when they discovered his power, they immediately stopped him from using it. After the incidents, Theodore's parents kept telling him 'only weirdo has strange power' so as to discourage Theodore using the power again, but this made Theodore doubted himself.

Other than that, Theodore's parents loved him and tried their best to give him a happy childhood. He also had friends and was popular.

Pre-series

Before he graduated, the principal came and invited him to the Laguna University for Specialists and Fairies. He then realized he is a Specialist.

Year 1

Theodore got into Laguna and shared a dorm suite with Nex and 2 other boys. After he met his roommates, he had a look around alone.

Theodore accidentally got out of the barrier and went to the forest nearby. He met a Burned One. He did not know how to control his power at that time so he could only run and asked for help. Rune came and rescued him, which made him interested in Rune. Theodore started stalking Rune, tried to talk to her in lesson and later, fell in love with her.

Before the school picnic, Theodore became acquainted with Nex, Rune and her roommates since they formed a group the picnic. In the picnic, Theodore told Rune that he loved her. Rune told him that she did not want to date anyone before she settled down.

Theodore, Nex and Rune's roommates stood out for Rune when schoolmates and teachers believed that the Ancient Armies and the Burned Ones were summoned by Rune.
